The main verb "알다" is already given and you need to find the proper auxiliary verb that agrees to the subordinate clause '한국 친구 덕분에' (Thanks to a Korean friend)

1. 한국 문화를 많이 알게 되었다. (I got to know Korean culture very much): -게 되다 is used to introduce something that has happened to take place. It is not necessarily negative, it can also be used for something that you didn't expect but ended up happening.

2. 한국 문화를 많이 알도록 했다. (I made sure that I know much of Korean culture.): When -도록 is attached to a subordinate clause and followed by another verb in the same sentence, it mostly used to indicate the purpose of the action (in order to), however, when it is used at the end of the sentence with -하다 (V+도록 하다), it means 'to make sure of something.'

e.g. 한국어 시험을 잘 보도록 하세요. Make sure that you get a good grade in the Korean exam.

한국어 시험을 잘 보도록 공부를 열심히 하세요. Study hard in order to get a good grade in the Korean exam.

3. 한국 문화를 많이 알아도 된다. (I am allowed to know much of Korean culture): "-도 되다" means 'to be able to', 'to be allowed to', especially when it is something that one needs permission to do so. However, as 'to know a culture' generally doesn't need any kind of permission, it doesn't really sound natural to say '문화를 알아도 되다'.

4. 한국 문화를 많이 알아야 한다 (I have to know much of Korean culture): '-야 하다' is an auxiliary verb which indicates an obligation. and it often comes with an action that is against one's will. (I SHOULD know the culture (even if I don't want to). In this case, it doesn't really correspond to the previous phrase '덕분에' as it is something that the speaker appreciates.
